I have this upper:

With Troy flip-up rears, id like to have my front flip-ups as low profile as possible, I saw the VLTOR block/sight combo, but would like to use a troy front as well? Is the only way to do this with a MI upper-height rail?

Thanks!

Vltor would look much better for your upper.

Or else, you would need to "dremel-cut" your FSB, or to replace it with a lo-profile gas block... then put the Troy front sight on your fore-most top rail... I think it will looks weird...

The VLTOR GB won't fit inside the DD 12.0FSP-M

The only two I'm aware of that will are the GG&G PINNED flip-up GB (not clamped) and the PRI flip-up GB.

I'm betting the MI upper height rail won't fit, either, but I haven't looked into it.

Keep in mind you're actually getting a better solution since you'll be mounting directly to the barrel.

Can you tell what is on this setup?

Looks like the MI flip up sights.

Hmm... not sure whose gas block that is. It's a Daniel Defense M4 rail, though, which is slightly different in shape, which means that even if we identify the gas block it might not work with the Lite rail.
