Here's a tip... 16 in stock! Price has raised $25 since I got mine. Call in for Calguns discount. Not even sure if they do that any more since these things are so hard to find.

As randal pointed out in a not to subtale way, AR 10 lower are expensive.

Randall, you kill me. Anyway, kid, the answer:

$450 base + $15 S/H + $50 transfer + $45 CA Tax + $35 DROS, and all your dreams can come true. Oh, and that's just a stripped lower. Be careful, though: AR10s aren't Legos like their '15 cousins.

That's why I'm going with either 5.56 or Grendel for my precision build.
