Interesting exchange with a youngster gun clerk named "JOE" at Sportsmans Warehouse up here in Rocklin today. Most all the guys at this location are great, But while complaining about the hand gun roster "Joe" informed me that there was no good reason a "civilian" should need any of the non approved guns or there features. Cop's could get them and that's the only people who really needed non approved guns:eek:

I informed him of the fact the citizens and cops are one in the same via...the quote from libertys signature....and left.

"Police, at all times, should maintain a relationship with the public that gives reality to the historic tradition that the police are the public and the public are the police; the police being only members of the public who are paid to give full-time attention to duties which are incumbent upon every citizen."

 Your post was as clear as mud.
Interesting exchange with a youngster gun clerk named "JOE" at Sportsmans Warehouse up here in Rocklin today. Most all the guys at this location are great, I have been busy informing them of stocking OLL dealers in the area and of course the god send called CALGUNS.net. :chris:

So one of the main gun counter gang and I are talking about the hopeful swell with this whole handgun roster development and how great it would be if y'all hit a home run again.

While trouble attempting a take down on a SW MP the youngster informed me that I forgot about the disconnected "drop mag". I was relived to know it wasn't just me and it was yet another bulshhh PRK law standing in my way for no good reason... what a crock. And that's when Joe informed me that there was no good reason a "civilian" shouldn't like such a feature. Cop could get them without and thats the only people who really needed them:eek:

I could help but divert the exchange to my favorite quote from libertys signature....

"Police, at all times, should maintain a relationship with the public that gives reality to the historic tradition that the police are the public and the public are the police; the police being only members of the public who are paid to give full-time attention to duties which are incumbent upon every citizen."

He "Joe" :confused:didn't really understand what I was trying to point out but to say that " I come from a family of cops and there not civilians.

Well I am just plain disappointed in "Joe" as he claims to be a gun ownership advocate by his very existence behind a counter but believes that a separate and unequal fire arm policy is not only acceptable but the "way it should be".

I'm a Repo Guy and most of my friends are cops I love the police but not the police state and I'm baffled how anyone would be pro lesser and unequal for the citizenry.

Post read fine to me. That Peel quote was a great response. Too bad it went over his head.

What freeways do you take, which direction and at what times? I want to make sure as hell I'm never on the road with you behind the wheel anywhere near me...

I'll have to see if Sportsmens Warehouse is a client of CAFR/Kathy Lynch.

Dude he works at Sportsmans Warehouse what do you expect? There was a older women a couple weeks ago there that told me rifles had to be on the roster to be sold in CA. I didn't even argue with her I just moved on. I just got to River City for my needs now. No BS like at Sportsman's, EG gunroom, Wildsport's.

Come on slayer... Your misunderstanding what I said... I'm a RA I have a laptop in a similar configuration to most leo's but probably a little nicer. I'm sitting at a light behind 30 or so people, so I type a sentence or two. I have done at least 300,000 miles in this configuration. In fact sitting I'm about 6 houses down in a court from a debtor home as I type. Gotta love my sprint card.

Dude go on a ride a long with your local LE agency. It's one handed typing and one handed driving all the way.
