AR-Pistol / SBR Constructive Possesion

If I have 1 X AR-Pistol registered lower and 2 X uppers that are 7.5" (1 X 5.56mm and 1 X 9mm) but I also have other complete AR-15s (configured for CA)...could it be in violation of federal constructive possession for SBR?

one upper per lower. if you have 1 pistol lower and 2 uppers it might be an issue.

I don't see a problem as long as you have at least one legit pistol (lower).

There are a variety of legit reasons to have multiple uppers for a given lower, regardless of rifle or pistol status.

The fact that you have possibility of legal outcome for all parts is key. If you had no pistol/lower at all, then the shorty uppers get matched to the rifle lower and that's a no-no.
