NICS question

Last month, in socal I was arrested due to an idiot, (now ex-friend..), who happened to have weed on him when I was in the middle of getting a speeding citation. Long story short, both he and I were knocked for possession of 1/2 gram of "hash" (felony apparently) and gram of weed (not felony) despite it being in his pocket under a cannabis medical dr.'s note.

I have been released on no bail, and no charges, not even a police report has been filed with the court which even has my attorney father confused. Am I still able to pass a nics test if nothing is filed? thanks guys

Unless you're convicted of the felony, you should pass NICS/DROS.

^ totally agree, which is why he was immediately ousted out of my sphere of contact. Unfortunately I didnt know about it otherwise his fanny would have been booted out in the middle of the freeway for all I care. thanks for the responses.
