If you're on a tight budget, the 4.5-14X mil-dot Buckmaster from Nikon is a good value.

Can you post in the map thread in my signature the name/location of the dealer in Marysville?

Thanks and I have not shot anywhere yet. Beale AFB will let you shoot on no fly days (weekends), and I have heard oroville. I went to a place in vacaville to try to shoot and they would not allow it because I had a bullet button (they are saying that it is illegal). So I need to find a place.

Yeah you can't shoot it there either. There is a place to shoot it on the weekends in yuba, yolo, and that once we checked out off of 65 on the weekends. We are planning a trip up to the high desert to camp/shoot. I will let you know on that.
