Does anyone have recommendations for an FFL to ship a OLL to in the Tri-Valley?

Dublin/Pleasanton/Livermore greater area?

Thanks,
Barbarossa

Any reviews on "J&R" or "Knives and Guns"?

Thanks,

I haven't bought anything from J&R, but the guys working there are really nice.

They also stock OLLs and have a bunch on the wall.

That place has done a 180 with the new management. I'd recommend it.

I'd go to J&Rs any day over Dublin Guns & Knives. They are much more service oriented at J&Rs and definitely do OLLs. I've bought several firearms, including a couple of OLLs from them.

Randy at J&R is great to work with. I have bought 2 rifles, 1 shotgun and 1 pistol from him. He has done a real nice job of fixing up the shop after he bought it from the old owner (Jerry) who ran as American Sportsman I think was the name. I only bought 1 shotgun from the old owner Jerry. Not a real friendly guy. He almost made you feel like he was doing you a big favor.

You pick who you think will be better -

Dublin will not do a PPT on Saturdays -

I've bought several guns through J&R's and have been very happy with the level of service.

They have a very nice shop, a major improvement over the previous incarnation.

I've bought some OLL's from them. The shop is a lot better now then it was a few years ago (the old owner was a d**k). Call and talk to either Joe or Randy
