He had his intials lasered into the stock. Turned out pretty nice.

WOW! That is one of the nices AK's I've seen. I really like the wooden MMG.

I think Ironwood makes them for MM.
Nice job on refinishing the stock set. Did he also assemble the AK himself?

built by me while he watched, a place in Oakland did the refinishing, if MMG wants to use this gun as advertisement on their site I'm sure he'd be stoked.

not sure but theres a ton of varnish on it, had to shave some off to make everything fit

Yes because it is a muzzle brake , nont a flash hider

ak74 style brake is the way to go. I like the looks of it over any other muzzle brake.

Nice looking AK! I need to get on of those wood MM grips (mine has a Gen I MM grip on it) :D.

nice I really like it
I just may need to get a wodden MMG for my WASR.
I have no problem holding and shooting mine, which id gripless, but people with smaller hands may have a hard time.

Lol funny you chimed in, he was going after your style of wood, when i told him that you were at the range when we were there with the gun he was going after he didn't believe me. I think he paid about 120 for this wood to be refinished and engraved
