i did some searches and did not find any reviews of this stock. what do you guys think of it, if you have used it?

Midway has a good price on it, just over 2 duckets.

i'm considering this, and the UBR

That is a good stock, but it is much lighter than the UBR... so, if you want a "lite wt" build... like a 16" M4 like.... then this SOCOM stock is one fine stock.... IMO, the UBR is more for a SPR or a beefer build... so i won't compare the ACE SOCOM with the Magpul UBR...

Now for the same usage as the ACE SOCOM, the LMT SOPMOD would win hands down!! Also, LMT just renewed their SOPMOD design, and added some very nice features such as "QD" attachment point etc... making one the nicest stock EVEN better!

Solid, balanced and most comfortable cheek weld....

For 200 bucks, I'd rather get the LMT SOPMOD.

Get your C&R and Midway will give you "Dealer" pricing.
That stock would be $159.99 for me.

About 5 years ago that stock was pretty popular. It's been overtaken by the SOPMOD, VLTOR and the various Magpul stocks.

It's a good stock, but it wouldn't be my 1st choice.
