What was the last year PPT w/o dealer?

When was the last time California individuals could do a PPT with out going through a dealer?

In interesting question would be: what constituted firearm ownership in 1990?

Could you have an ownership interest in collectively owned items? or been a member of a trust which held firearms as a communal asset?

And would you have to register them if you went from being a part owner to a full owner?
