Here's a photo from around 2009 of my six 3rd Gen Big Boys. My last Big Boy was purchased in 2009 . . . until yesterday. It looks like I'll have to take another photo in a few weeks.

I'm picky, about my collection. Unless a 3rd Gen I'm looking at is 99% or better, I keep moving. Well, I found a pristine 4586 at a local gun shop on consignment. I was allowed to field strip and closely examine it. I would say a box or less has been put through it, a 99%+ pistol. Based on the serial number prefix, it was shipped from the factory in 1993. I have nineteen 3rd Gens and one 2nd Gen (645). This is my first DAO. I was allowed to dry fire it a couple of times to check out the trigger. Based on the condition of the pistol and my trigger testing, I just had to have it.

(left, top to bottom, 4506, 4566 and 4576; right, top to bottom, 1006, 1066 and 1076)

Beautiful! These are my absolute favorite guns. I've been looking for a stainless 4506 forever. I keep missing them. They go fast! Thanks for sharing.

All very nice and the 10mm are built to handle the full powered ammo.
