Since I have been asked to post some number and data here it goes. As always work up your own load. I am not responsible for any of this info. I am only trying to help others reload this caliber.

Now the goood stuff:
Bullet: 40gr. Hornady Vmax
Powder: 6.2 gr HS6
Avg. Vel. 1840

Bullet: 40gr. Hornady Vmax
Powder: 6.4 gr HS6
Avg. Vel. 1860

Bullet: 40gr. Hornady Vmax
Powder: 6.5 gr HS6
Avg. Vel. 1888

This is where I stopped due to primers cratering.........
Bullet: 40gr. Hornady Vmax
Powder: 6.6 gr HS6
Avg. Vel. 1895

Also look here (http://www.accuratepowder.com/data/5.7x28%20FN%20vs%20Accurate%20only.pdf) and here (http://www.ramshot.com/powders/loadguide/2007/5.7x28FN%20vs%20Ramshot%20only.pdf) both have load data listed

I'm assuming those velocities are out of the pistol? Thanks for posting.

I recommend Accurate #5, i've used it for various size bullets with much success. I'm going to start loading other pistol cartridges, so I'll be trying HS6 as well.
