I have been trying to find one from the CalGuns vendors with NO luck so far, does any one know a CA friendly vendor that I can get one from?

If not who stocks them online that will ship to CA?

Second choice would be LMT but I heard you have to order like a 100 min. :(

Again if anybody knows where I can get a COMPLETE Armalite or LMT LPK I would GREATLY appreciate it.

P.S. I heard RRA are also top notch but I already know PLENTY of vendors that stock them.

P.P.S. Yes I have heard of Stag and DPMS and NO I dont want to know where to buy those EITHER!

G&R also stocks full LMTs, but they're more than double a std LPK.

Hmmm, that looks like a DPMS hammer and trigger but it has correct roll pins (not the junk oversized split pins that DPMS put in their kit...why? because it's CHEAP). Also, it's a bit pricy no? I don't see why someone would buy that kit over a RRA kit? What's the catch? :)

Those are the only ones I haven't ever had problems with :confused:How many of those have you installed? I've had the most problems with DPMS.

I suspect that it wasn't a RRA kit but w/o seeing it, it's hard to say. I've had people come to me to fix a problem with their lower and I ask them what LPK they have and they say "RRA" or "STAG" or whatnot and I can tell that they're DPMS. I wish he would have taken photos. I've burn through about 30 RRA LPK's in the past few months and not a single one had a problem.

I think you should be more concerned () about the fact that YOU tried to use an AR-15 LPK to build an AR-10. BTW, the "little plastic boxes" are for sale by themselves on the Armalite website. And they're NOT $20. NOT even close.

OH....(just thought you might like to know) You are going to pay a bit more for an AR10 LPK (as opposed to an M15) anyway.

Dude, you confused the whole issue.

I already knew AR15 LPKs don't fit in an AR10. Hence the comment noting that AR10's have 4 different parts then a AR15 LPK. To be exact, the parts that are different is:
1. Takedown pin EL0160
2. Pivot pin EL0170
3. Bolt stop EL0230
4. Mag catch EL0260

I was merely commenting that Armalite has high prices for ALL their parts. A $20 plastic box was a sarcastic remark on how they "get away" with their higher prices then other LPK manufactures. :kest:

Next time, you should make an attempt at being a "bit" more concise in your post. "I'm building an AR10 and the AR15 LPK don't fit" SURE seems to me (and probably ANY one) that you were trying to use the wrong kit.;)

BTW, with the ArmaLite kits, they happen to be one of the FEW kits that are consistently in spec, and the end user will have zero problems with them. If anything, they are a BARGAIN!
