I like the cheek weld on the Sopmod, and the solid simple feel of the CTR. Any thoughts on these and the Vltor Emod?

Several threads on this right now, but I'll throw my 2 cents in; between the 3 I'd choose the SOPMOD every time, hands down.

Each have their slant for certain types of applications.

They all are very nice.

Pick the one you want. Not much we can do here.

I own all but the CTR now and that's just because of odd man out... I had one once upon...

If money isn't a factor, SOPMOD.

If you're on a budget, CTR.

CTR is sexy... SOPMOD is a bit chunky..

I have a SOPMOD sitting on my desk, waiting to be installed on my current build. The check weld fits my face in the most excellent way. It blows away my RRA 6 position. But costs a lot more too...

I have the VLTOR EMOD and I love it. All of those little watertight compartments are awesome and very tacticool.

I haven't had a chance to use any of the others mentioned.

Does anybody know the stock weight of each or relative to each other.

Would help me in deciding how to balance a rifle out.
For Carbine or Mid Length rifle light contour barrel.

Hands down.

I had gone thru probably every possible stock out there on the market (excluding those low cost alternatives), and ended up with the SOPMOD on my M4.

I have a emod and ctr, but never had a sopmod. I would give the thumbs up for the EMOD and CTR as they are both good stocks. Can't say on the sopmod.

SOPMOD, no question.

I wouldn't be concerned with the weight differences because the weight is at the rear of the rifle, which is not a big deal, and the weight differences between those three stocks is negligible.
