"Weapons of human destruction." I proudly gave her the two-fist single-finger salute.
It is interesting that some of the libs are using the "war on terror" to justify stringent laws......hmmmmmmm, sounds familiar.
And, hearing them say that "Congress shouldn't be telling DC how to formulate their gun law"......I hope they stay consistent with that thinking.....

I've noticed a lot of (D)s on our side. Hell, a (D) made the amendment to the bill.

Interesting thing with this with the exception of Rep. Souder, every single person on the "pro-gun" side was a Democrat.

Right you are. let's give those pro-gun Democrats some positive strokes. They are:
Rep. Childres (D-Mississippi) - Freshman who authored the pro-gun Amendment - WAY TO GO
Rep Dingell (D-Michigan) A long time NRA/2A Supporter, former NRA Board Member
Rep. Tanner (D-Tennessee)
Rep. Ross (D-Arkansas)
Rep Davis (D-Tennessee)
Rep. Altmire (D-Pennsylvania) (Co-sponsor of the amendment)
Just like in California, NRA successfully pulls together both sides of the aisle to support gun-rights.

Honestly, I didn't hear a word McCarthy said. All I was thinking about was "It's a shoulder thing that goes up."

The prez will sign it, just a question of whether the Senate will do anything with it or not. Any way to prod them?
