I don't see it on the PDF, but they changed the regs a couple years ago and the recipient of an interfamilial transfer of a handgun has to have a valid / current Handgun Safety Certificate (or it's acceted substitutes) BEFORE the transfer occurs.


/just one more obstructuve hurdle deliberately added by the socialists infesting our legislature
