unless you need it for parts count, get a chinese 10 instead.

I've always had good luck with PMag 10 rounders, but every one I've come into contact with takes an 11th round which = hi-cap.

Spend the extra $10 and get a 10/30 AK mag conversion : http://riflegear.com/p-267-ak-10-round-30-magazine-762x39mm.aspx

I just bought a cheap chinese 5 round AK magazine and then swapped out the follower with a Tapco follower to convert it into a 10 round magazine.

Thanks for the advice guys but I already have a few 10 rds mags made in china. I really want a 10/10 promag. I prefer the legth of the promag as to the metal 10 rd mag.

No disrespect, but I've never understood the reasoning behind spending extra money for a mag that's forever 2/3 empty.

No disrespect taken. Because they are the original mags designed (perhaps even made in the same factory) for the AK in question, albeit neutered, which in theory, they should work well on the rifle ii was designed for.

I think many people here would agree that ProMag would not be their first choice for aftermarket magazines, either rifle or pistol.
