We received some ELCAN SPECTER DRs on 8/5/08. I have seen them

The SpecterDR:
Magnification: 1X and 4X,
Reticle: Ranging out to 1000m w/ a ladder ranger off to the side.
Illumination: 5 settings for Crosshair, 5 settings for Dot, and is compatible Nightvision
Battery life: on average 2000hrs
Battery type: CL 1/3N (3v Lithium)
Eye Relief: 70mm / 2.75in
Field of View 26 deg @ 1x, 6.5 deg @ 4x
FoV @ 1x 46.2 m @ 100 m (138.4 ft @ 100 yds)
FoV @ 4x 11.4 m @ 100 m (34.2 ft @ 100 yds)

Hey Mike,
Does this optic have similar potential streaking/blurring problems as Aimpoints and Eotechs for folks with astigmatism? Thanks.

Typically, any optic with magnification won't give people with astigmatism any issues.

I suppose that makes sense -- if the optic has a traditional type of reticle design (even with illumination) seems like should be fine. As opposed to those newfangled lasers and holographic stuff in Aimpoints and Eotechs!!

We only have them in the BDC reticle I will look to see what other reticle they come in.
