i dont know if it is or not but with surplus ammo just assume that it is and clean with very hot water when you get home :)

The eastern block did (does?) have a passion for corrosive primers and were using them through out the 70s (and as far as I know later than that).
If they weren't corrosive it would make them quite the oddity so assume they are.
If you are shooting a Mosin its not that hard to deal with the corrosive nature (hot water down the bore) ... as for a PSL or SVT I don't know (probably hot water through the entire gas system as well) ... if you actually have a Dragunov I'd say don't risk it

It's corrosive. Ever seen military surplus from the eastern-bloc that wasn't? I haven't....
But the Polish is good stuff. It was widely available for a short while a few years back, seems like it was the "go to" ammo for the Mosin shooters during that time. I wouldn't hesitate to buy more, except that I've got almost a full case of Polish left plus two other tins!
