I'm looking a shotgun gunsmith in the El Monte area. Can anyone recommend one to me? I need to fix the feed latch on my Remington 11-87. It's a little out of place right now.

Ammo Bros in Cerritos ask for Brad the gunsmith he can fix it and has most of the 1100/1187 parts in stock. Can probably be fixed while you wait.

+1 for Brad at Ammo Brothers. They are very close (spitting distance) to the 605 and the 91. Their number is 562.865.3980. He has done some work for me. Cant say enough good things about him. He is very knowledgeable. He will work within your budget. He turns work around quick and is very reasonably priced.

good luck!

Another vote for Dave Lawver.
He's the guy that makes the extended ramp latch for 1100's so he's more than qualified to get yours running right.
