For those of you who have an interest in constitutional law, there's a great online discussion in progress at Cato Unbound called "After Heller -- The New American Debate About Guns."

Robert Levy and David Kopel are up against Dennis Hennigan and Erwin Chemerinsky.

Levy, as you probably know, was the chief architect of the Heller litigation, co-counsel with Alan Gura, and financier of most of the effort. Kopel is research director at the Independence Institute and a well-known Second Amendment scholar and activist. He co-authored an amicus brief with Chuck Michel in support of Heller.

Hennigan is currently the Legal Director at the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence. Chemerinsky is a professor of law at Duke University. Both separately filed amicus briefs in support of the District's position in Heller.

You can read all about it at http://www.cato-unbound.org/issues/after-heller-the-new-american-debate-about-guns/

Cheme is now the dean of the law school at UCI, mistake on many levels.
