im about to purchase some Hornady 115gr 9mm full metal jacket round nose encapsulated bullets and i was wondering if i can load this just like regular FMJs or is the encapsulation another factor i have to account for?

General knowledge is to back off 10% on powder any time you change a major component and work your way back up to where you were.

You can load them just like any other FMJs, just work up any load just like you would for any other bullet.

They are slightly longer than non-encapsulated bullets. I would rework the load just to see which charge weight gives the best accuracy, if it makes a difference at all.
