Important developments in the Torrance case. I cannot go into details at present but anyone who has been denied by Torrance in the last two years, and who received a "We do not issue" letter should contact TBJ immediately.
Note, the statute of limitations in these cases is two years, so anyone who applied before that does not have a claim (and anyone approaching two years had better make haste).
No guarantees of course, but the entrails are looking promising.
