Does it matter to you if a gun has been refinished or reblued?

Depends on the model/age...
Factory finish is always prefered in my book.

Depends who refinished, if its quality, and if it is a collectible.

I guess we need to define "collectable" as most guns from my teens are now "collectable". What if you were 18 and buying todays guns?

No if it is just a shooter and it is priced accordingly.

I'm a shooter, so i like it if it's been refinished-it's usualy "A LOT CHEAPER", i once bought a Alex Henry Single-Shot rifle in .450-3-1/4" BPE for $1,000 because it had been reblued. I had a lot fun with it pretending to shoot "Lion" and etec, but it was stolen later. 120 grains of Black powder and a Paper-Patch bullet, WHAT A BLAST.
