The muzzle device is a brake so you won't have issue with this. Further it is not listed by name in our ban list, so the receiver is legal. I don't believe any mags were made that were more or less than 10rds, if there are you can only bring 10rd mags (or less) here.

I used to own one, I filled in the thumbhole stock and it was fine. There was no mag lock back when I had one, you can put a mag lock on with the Radd device that is sold at www.Coldwarshooters.net and still use the thumbhole stock but I don't know how permanent of a mod that is to your magazine release assembly.

yes its legal here. just add a radlock.its not permanent at all. a few seconds to change out if you go back to a free state.

AFAIK, Aim Surplus does not ship such CA-legal items to us directly. You need to get helped from other CA-friendly out-of-state FFL dealers.

i thought i read someplace that the muzzle break has to be welded on or some how permanently attached is that true ?

No, the PSL barrel is over 16", so the brake can be detachable.

This only applies if you have a barrel underneath 16'' and need to use a brake/FH to bring it up to 16''. This is all done to avoid having your rifle become an unregistered SBR. There is no other reason for it.

Fill in the thumbhole stock and you are good to go in the Republic of Kalifornia
