Here's a link to the California Assault Weapons Recognition Guide:

http://ag.ca.gov/firearms/forms/pdf/awguide.pdf

The list of firearms by make and model can be found in that document.

BTW, I see that the references to "series" firearms still appears in this guide in reference to AK and AR type firearms.

Isn't this language incorrect given various court rulings?

Or am I just pointing out something we've all come to expect (see my sig line below).

http://ag.ca.gov/firearms/infobuls/kaslist.pdf

1st page is AKs, 2nd page is ARs.

Look at the date for the last update to the doc.

You might also find our California Assault Weapon Identification Chart to be very handy, because it distills the convoluted pile of CA assault weapon laws down to two simple pages:

http://www.calguns.net/caawid/flowchart.pdf

The link is also on every Calguns.net page, near the upper right, just above where it says "Welcome, <your name>." It's easy to overlook that link if you don't already know it's there! :) It includes the list that you asked for on the second page.

Just a heads up, if your trying to get somthing passed per heller by using the banned list Id check with the CA NRA first to make sure they arent already working on it with lawyers who know what they ate doin.

good luck!
