The way I understand it If I take My regestered AK-47, with My ruger 10-22 with no Mods and my ruger Mini 14 with a muzzle break and no other mods to the range I can use my Pre ban 30-50 round Mags with these guns. Is this True?

As long as your non-registered Mini-14 is not configured as an AW (no folding stock, pistol grip, etc) there shouldn't be a problem legally.

Some ranges don't want you loading up 30-50 rounds at a time though, so check the local "house rules".

Pre-ban as in you owned the mags before 2000.. Yes you can use them.

Do as "Tony M" suggested and check with the range. A relative of mine went to a range one time and was asked to leave because he pulled out his registered FN-FAL & 20 round mags. This happened 10, maybe 15 years ago...

Edit: He also had a plain-jane Mini he was shooting before the FN-FAL came out of the case...
