With CA DOJ's latest hoop to jump through, the approval letter required to ship a gun from one FFL outside CA to a FFL inside CA, we are implementing a new policy.

Talon Arms will not ship ANY gun into CA unless the end customer is an active member of CRPA and the NRA or GOA. If CA residents don't get involved in politics at the local level, the bureaucrats in charge will ban anything even resembling a gun.

NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

I do not care if you are in law enforcement, military or a civilian. CA residents must all get better organized to put a stop to the incremental destruction of the Second Amendment! It is painfully apparent that CA DOJ is trying to "inconvenience" you out of purchasing a gun if they can't out right ban it.
Well, Talon Arms will not be bullied out of the CA gun market!:43:

We will follow every Draconian law and regulation to the letter. At the same time, we fully expect and demand that CA residents join their state organizations as well as a national organization and fight, FIGHT I say, for their right to keep and bear arms!

You must fight diligently, tirelessly and with a determination that can not be overcome!

Fight through organized protests as well as in politics.

That means making sure the candidates on the ballot in November were put there by active gun rights lobbyists during the primaries!

That means when ever some pinko antigun group holds a protest on a Tuesday morning, you call in sick and go too!

Do you know why they hold protests on Tuesday mornings? Because conservative gun owners are at work!

So there you go California. We will not bow down to intimidation and inconvenience and we expect you stand hard and fast against the assault on YOUR rights.

If you wish to purchase any firearm from Talon Arms, you better be paid up with CRPA!

Here is the link to purchase a one year membership to CRPA for $22. If a guy in Texas can find 22 bones to fight for YOUR rights, you have no excuse not to fight for your own freedoms!

Thanks very much for not abandoning us, and for pushing us to a higher standard in defending our 2nd Amendment Rights!

Thank you for support of California gunnies. Keeping the fight running keeps the enemies occupied :)

I certainly would concur that the NRA membership restriction is an entirely valid requirement.

Perhaps you've not heard of some issues here, but it makes sense to hold on CRPA membership requirement, since they are still in transition from an organization that has had a sequence of antigun outcomes over the years (due to cross-lobbying tradeoff issues and poor leadership) to one that we hope will be useful after its new leader's changes are fully implemented (elected board, and a knowledgeable pro-gun representative up in Sacaramento instead of Gerry Upholt+Kathy Lynch disaster).

GOA has not been known for any useful positive outcomes other than a lotta yelling and NRA bashing (and, frankly, not a lot of competence).

And GOC, thru its leader Sam Paredes' incompetence & hubris, got CAs microstamping and lead ammo bans passed last year - Paredes brought 'em back from the dead.
