I'm looking for a OLL friendly FFL first near Modesto/Stockton/Sac/Tracy area if not around there then East Bay area Livermore/Dublin/Freemont/ect. that will accept a Nodak Spud NDS-1P receiver for a transfer from an out of state private party. My FFL will not do it. And with the new CA July 1st law bs I don't think it's going to be easy for the seller to find a FFL in FL to take it to who is signed up with the CFLC thing. So it would probably be easier for me to just find another FFL.
Unfortunately it's a custom serial number receiver to match the Polish UF kit i bought from him as well. So it all has matching #'s. And I know I won't be able to get Nodak to make a new receiver with the same #. It would probably be cheaper to just order a new reciver from Nodak but I want a matching # receiver.
I'm hoping to find a local FFL that won't charge an arm/leg to transfer.

If you're willing to come a little north to Yuba City, I've got a guy that will do it as well.

Thanks for the info guys. I'll start with the closest ones first and work my way out till I find one that will do it.
I do have an email into Chris at LAN World to see if he will accept it and ship it to my FFL along with the USC that I just purchased from him. If he can do that it will make everything a lot easier. I'll just probably have to pay him some extra fees to receive it.

I'm glad you found some FFL info.
When describing this transaction, you should call this an FFL transfer. A PPT is a transaction requiring both parties to be present at the dealers site.

Hahaha, nope. Not at all. Fairly new guy in town, really good! I'm actually going to pick up two stripped lowers today. I bought two from the one on Colusa with the range a long while back and other than range time, have never bought anything before or since. WAY overpriced. The other place is now on Plumas and I liked him better, but the new one I'm going through and have transferred/bought half a dozen or so new guns through is great! PM for info if you want...
