I have a Winchester 1300 Defender that is great.

I am interested in changing the stock out with a fixed pistol grip.
Currently I have http://www.centerfiresystems.com/marinetopfoldingstockwithpistolgrippartunisho14.as px

I would like to get something of quality and unsure of the ATI brand.
I have read a lot of people calling the ATI stuff garbage.

This is the type that I am looking for.

Thank you for any help in advance.:)

A good bet for a quality 1300 stock is the Knoxx SpecOps recoil reducing stock. They make a non recoil reducing version as well, but not for the 1300.

The 1300 doesn't have the same range of accessories available as the 870 or 500/590, but if you don't mind spending the money, the Knoxx is good stuff.

I bought the pistol grip w/butt stock piece from ATI for my Win 1300. It didn't fit, the bolt they provided was wrong, I got the proper one from OSH, it feels cheasy, I removed it.

I have to agree. I have had the shot gun for about 10 years and bought it off a work mate who never shot it. He had an after market folding stock. It never work right from day one for me so I tried the ATI and find the same issues.

Sadly, he sold the original.:(

Thanks guys for the suggestions
