I just received the newsletter of the Independent Institute (www.independent.org) and there is a book by Stephen P. Halbrook entitled "The Founders' Second Amendment." From the description it looks very interesting, and I've ordered a copy. Just wanted to let everyone know. Also does anyone know anything more about this book?
