I am parting out a Mohawk 10C (Nylon 77.)
For FFL purposes, what is the receiver?
The metal cover with a serial number?
I want to sell the parts, don't want to break any laws and don't want to have to deal with going through an FFL dealer- it's not worth the additional cost and hassle, given the maximum value of the rifle.
I want to sell everything else, except the metal serial numbered part (Reciever Cover?); but the one-piece durable plastic stock may be considered as part of the receiver, depending on how one perceives it, in the glorious Socialist State, PRK.
