View Full Version : SU-16 + Ammo

No better way to spend your economic stimulus package than to stimulate other Americans! :)
SU-16 for sale, barely used. Functious flawlessly. With 5 mags. Accepts AR mags too. I rapid fired this so fast others asked if I had an auto. :28: NOPE. Just semi. :61:
Comes with: Red dot scope (needs batteries) pictured
This is a cool survival/shtf gun, simply because it folds up, can carry 20 rounds in the butt-stock, and has it's own bi-pod. Short gun, accurate... not that I'd really know about the accuracy, because I can't shoot worth a darn. I'll stick with my SKS. The wife wants something I can't afford, so I'm forced to get rid of this toy.
Looking for $400. I think that's fair.
Located in the East Bay. I'm frequently out to the Sac area, Central valley, bay area... even going down to Monterey. So I can meet you...

7 people said they'd be interested if I knocked the price down, so I cut it down $50. I know it's not much, but it's something. I take offers too. With almost 400 rounds of ammo and the red-dot scope, I would think this would be a pretty fair deal. *updated price bump*

Wow, no interest at all? Even at $550?

Damn nice Rifle, but I'm an AR whore.
Good luck though. :)

I'm kinda shopping around for one of these, but it's a little more than I want to spend right now. I'll get back to you a little while if I'm interested.

Should I sell this and the ammo seperate?
06-16-2008, 12:13 PM
If I had the money it would be gone! but I'm broke for a while now :-(.. needed a motorcycle for work!
06-16-2008, 1:16 PM
You definately could.

how much would you sell it without the ammo/red dot? i would be intersted in the rifle alone, im in san jose. pm me your offer.

hey don't forget the butt stock can hold a single 30 round AR mag should you own one!

Okay, I'm thinking $450 for the Rifle, $100 for the Ammo... but I'd like to sell them together. Is that really a bad price? I know folks would jump on the ammo, but I don't want to be stuck with a rifle that has no ammo left.
And yes, I'll bargain. I said $550, hoping someone would whittle me down to $500. So yeah, I'll take $500. Any takers?

Updated Price *bump*. $400 now. Get it while it's hot.

so, what is the ammo ????????????
06-19-2008, 10:18 PM
What is the ammo? I have 400 rounds of ammo for sale, I guess I'll be selling it seperate though, I don't want to sell the ammo until I sell the rifle. I'm still willing to sell it together for $500.

I got dibs on the ammo (pending questions, and that it's .223/5.56), if the rifle sells.

SU16s are underappreciated guns. I have two SU16s and will not be selling either. $400 is a good price for an A/B model which seems to be what you have. Keep it there, someone will buy it. If not put it on gunbroker.

My gun was great... my only complaint that I have was that the barrel was TINY. I can clean a .30 bore fine, but a .22 bore is really tight. And any AR will have that problem, so I'll stick with the communist SKS's for my MBR.
I'm not really willing to ship though. I'd rather do this face to face and local :-/
Oh well, we'll see what's up. Maybe I'll just keep it and hire someone else to clean it for me :)

Fun rifle, I really think it's more rifle for the money then you can get these days, especially in CA,
06-21-2008, 3:06 PM
I knocked it down... no one interested???
06-21-2008, 9:00 PM
Location? (Sorry if I missed that) And what is the model? A? B? CA?
06-22-2008, 10:19 PM
I'm in Livermore. But I'm in the Sac area frequently.
I'm not really sure what model this is. A/B? No clue.
