Beretta 1201FP 12g 21"
-Beretta 1201FP. This Shotgun uses the same operation system as the Benelli M1S90.
-She is an excellent shooter.
-I changed the factory stock to a SpeedFeed IV-S. This stock has a better recoil pad then stock, a nicer pistol grip, and a shorter overall length- so it shoulders and fits much better.
-This 12gage Shotgun has rifle sights. I upgraded the bolt latch to a larger ‘tactical’ unit… I smoothed the ejection port a bit, and I gave her a cheesy home duracoat job in OD green (I am not a fan of how it came out, but it works just fine). This Shotgun is seriously fast to cycle, and has cycles everything I have ever put through it.
-$500 (EDIT 7/23/08 $480)

I am located in Las Vegas so plan on shipping, however I drive down to the SFV 1-2 times a month, so possibly I can meet at Metroshot or the like.

PayPal is ok if you add 4% and are discrete.

Trades considered.

hello, I don't think that the pistol grip semi auto shotgun (beretta I think) is legal to own in california. You might wanna check state laws before posting on this site. Just fyi.

thanks

It's legal for CA. It's no different than the PG'ed Benelli's that are sold in CA.

This is directly from DOJ (http://caag.state.ca.us/firearms/forms/pdf/awguide.pdf). From page 82:

Shotguns
(6) A semiautomatic shotgun that has both of the following:
(A) A folding or telescoping stock.
(B) A pistol grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the weapon, thumbhole stock, or
vertical handgrip.
(7) A semiautomatic shotgun that has the ability to accept a detachable magazine.
(8) Any shotgun with a revolving cylinder.

All 100% legal.
Stop thread crapping or do it via PM.

Free BTT for very nice shotguns.

he's not thread crapping, just not knowledgable.
I have a LOT of PGed shotguns. =)

all legal, and that beretta is a bargain.

Leave him alone, it is not thread crapping to ask a reasonable question. If he would have PMed the question then others(including myself) would not have known the answer.

Thanks Plink for the info, I wasn't trying to "thread crap" just trying to do my job as a responsible gun owner in keeping everything legal. I don't personally own a semi-auto shotgun just a pump, that's why I said check laws first. I'm still pretty new to the boards and learning all the etiqiette, sorry if I offended anyone. Thanks again for the correct info. :)

A lot of people miss the both part.

Doing your job as a responsible gun owner would have been checking the facts before opening you mouth.

Thanks bro...

and yes.. All legal. I got these as CA guns, and follow the law meticulously. They are great shooters and I have fired them enough to vouch for them... they will do you proud.

This coming 13th to 15th I will be in the SFV and can ppt and save you shipping fees. Let me know in advance.

The name is "Psycho!" "Any of you homos call me Francis..and I'll kill ya!"

OT

Being a shotgun noob, I'm grateful for the legality question because I too believed any ONE of those features made it illegal and I'd have just left. But now that I know it's "BOTH" I can now reconsider. Sadly, I'll still not be able to jump on this good deal.

Carry on.

I figured as much for most people. Then again, it doesn't take too much imagination or skill to refinish it in your preference color/camo etc... I have gotten a good bit better at the duracoat now... I was thinking of a desert camo job, but then I'd raise the price
