How involved is it to change the buttstock for the Lancaster AK I see there is a large screw that seems to hold in the wood stock. I have one of those plastic connectors that allows any AR stock. It came with two smalls screws. Anyone have expereince with this? sorry if someone has already posted this.:)

There should be two screws , one inside one outside .

it may be extremly tight in the reciever. most kits are. it isn't a yugo is it. yugo has 1 long screw from the butt like a shotgun. nothing fits yugo. all other stamped aks interchange (47 & 74). as mercula said, 2 screws, 1 tang and 1 under the recoil spring.
