Just a little off-topic, but I was wondering why folks here prefer the CCI primers to the Winchester ones.

I haven't actually tried the CCI ones, but the Winchester ones have all gone "bang" for me so far so I haven't had any reason to change for small pistol, large pistol, or small rifle.

They both work great for me. The only advantage I find is that the CCI's are trayed closer together so the box/brick size is smaller than the Winchester boxes. If there is some structural/chemical/religious advantage to CCI's I'm sure someone will chime in with the facts.

Alrighty, order's in with the following exceptions:

Out of stock on:

- Win SR
- Varget 8 lbers
- N310 (4lb)
- N140 (1 lb)
- N540 (1lb)

There is no ETA on the primers and Varget in 8s around August. You can:
- Order CCI primers for a hair more
- Order 8 1 lb cans of Varget for $21 more total to make an 8 pounder.
Otherwise, I've asked them to backorder the balance until they are available.

Reply today, here and via PM, if you want to substitute CCIs for Win primers or 8 singles at $21 more for the Varget.

There was a hold up due to confusion with backordering Winchester primers. I spoke with them yesterday and they assured me the order would ship today. I believe everything will show next week.

- Varget 8 lbers didn't ship so those that reduced their orders will receive the singles they requested. Additional powders were not added.
- Some CCI SR primers were brought in to help with backordering, substitutions are mostly available for those that ordered WSR primers
- Win SP primers were shipped with the order
