Is it possible to just ban a member from starting new threads?
Maybe you could just combine ALL his threads into one thread.
Set it up automatically that when he starts a new thread, it just goes into his one single thread.

Once I figure out how to limit how many posts a member can have in a single day, I'll get back to you on the thread creation limits. :p ;)

*snip*

Careful, those paper targets might see the glint off your rifle scope :cool2:

Yeah, and make it so only he can open that thread! Any guesses on what he has for wallpaper on his PC?

Well, if there were a limit, I know it's higher than 119 because I have done that. ;)
