It's a pump action, so it's legal. The rifle shotgun combo also meets barrel length requirements.

Have you seen and handled one... at the current prices make sure you do...

I have and I was not impressed, fit finish and function all failed in my book... I played with it for about 15 min and then, I was like uh... no thank you...
Unloaded it seemed heavier than my AR'ish-10, plus it wasn't intuitive, and it really looked cheap...

It's an eye catcher and I think that is the only reason they are so pricey...
granted I've never shot one... and they have doubled in price since intro...
