LEO's and High Capacity Mags

I know LEO's can purchase high capacity magazines in California, but can they also purchase them out of state for use here? Thanks.

Yeah of course they can. One of my buddies does all the time while we're in vegas, even gets an LE discount the bastid.

Yeah, not only that, but because possession is not controlled, once an LEO brings in 10 or 100 high caps, he gets to keep them for life, even after he retires. Guess another loophole in the law would be to become an "LEO for a day", for that day you are exempt from high cap magazine laws.
