OLL vs. LA City AW ordinace

I was searching for LA city's ordinances regarding air rifles and I stumbled across this Los Angeles ordinance regarding AW's from 1989.

Is this thing still in effect or did it get over turned in court or pre-empted by state law? It would seem that section A-1 would be nullified by harrot, but section A-3 and A-4 imply constructive posession (i.e. prince50 would be bad juju?). Also section A-2 would seem to imply that any shot gun with >6 round capacity is banned...

Just wondering.... Sorry if this has already been covered..

State law trumps city ordinances. L. A. would lose on any attempt to enforce. Look at San Francisco for an example.
